When delivering the Products of the Business through e-commerce the Customer has the right to withdraw without delay and within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning to the Company the good in their original condition and without the packaging being opened, without any charge expense or other than return costs. For this reason, the Company is obliged to send to him, together with the ordered products, a printed or electronic copy of a statement of withdrawal (4 § 10 and 11 L. 2251/1994).

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the fourteen (14) calendar day period shall begin:
(i) from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by him other than the carrier acquires his physical possession; goods or
(ii) the day on which the customer takes physical possession of the last good, in case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately,
(iii) the day on which the Customer acquires the natural holding the last lot or last fragment, where goods delivery consisting of multiple lots or several pieces,
(iv) from the day on which the Customer acquires the physical possession of the first good in the event of a contract for the regular delivery of goods within a specified period of time. In case of exercising his right to withdraw from the Customer, in accordance with the above, Hamza Tel shall refund the amounts paid by the Customer, including shipping costs, by the same means used to pay within fourteen (14) calendar days. days from the day of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or until the return of the goods. Exceptionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that may be altered or expire during the period during which the customer is entitled to withdraw.
In the event of SunnyShop fault the product you received was defective or lacked specific desirable features such as those agreed (“lack of contracted properties”) or the product other than the one you ordered (ie the code of the goods received was other than order number), you are entitled to either a full refund or, alternatively, replacement of the goods with another identical or similar, if available, otherwise of comparable quality and value. In any case, Hamza Tel is responsible for all return costs provided that you inform us within 15 days of the defect or error, otherwise you may incur part or all of the cost of the refund. You will be refunded within 21 days of receiving the returned goods from the store. It is recalled that SunnyShop is liable as a seller to its customers for genuine defects and lack of concerted ownership of its products, in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.
APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
All terms herein are essential. The annulment of a term by a court or other authority shall in no way imply the nullity of the other terms. The validity, enforcement, interpretation, and effects of this law are governed by Greek law. For all disputes arising out of the conclusion and execution of sales contracts, even in the course of the negotiations, but also for the breach of the terms herein, the courts of Athens shall become exclusive jurisdiction.
